Prenatal-to-Three Collaborative

Funded by the Pritzker Children’s Initiative, the Prenatal-to-Three (PN-3) Collaborative works to ensure that every child in Texas can be born healthy and have equitable access to health services, family supports and early learning in their homes and communities. The collaborative’s mission is to advance state policies to make certain that more than 400,000 new infants, toddlers and families have access to health, education, and prevention programming by 2026.

What’s at Stake

One in 10 children in the United States is born in Texas. The PN-3 Collaborative works to advance effective policy and assure well-funded programming is available so children, families and our economy can thrive now and into the future.
